HOW IT WORKS
1. Initial Meeting
We set up a time to hop on a phone call, FaceTime, or even meet in person at a local coffee shop to chat and hang out to see if we’re a good fit.
2. Booking
Hey, hey, we hit it off and will make a great team! I'll email you an electronic contract to read and sign. Once that's signed and the retainer is paid, we’re official!
Note: I'm not able to hold your date until this step is completed.
3. Planning
I will work however closely you prefer to ensure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be. I will also work alongside of your planner to create a photo timeline that is seamless and inclusive to everything you want captured on your wedding day.
4. Engagement or Bridal Session
All of my wedding packages comes with a complimentary engagement or bridal session. This is a great way for us to connect before your wedding day!
5. Wedding Day
It’s here!! I'll be your guide throughout the day and will be sure to capture all the special moments—big or small.
Do you Travel?
Yes, I love to travel! For weddings, I'll travel within a 100 mile radius on your wedding day (complimentary). For anything more than 100 miles, I charge a travel fee. Travel fees vary based on the destination, length of stay, etc.
How many images will I receive?
I typically deliver 500-1000 images depending on the amount of coverage. On average, a couple receives about 100 photos per hour of coverage.
What's your turn around time?
For weddings, I send a sneak peek within two weeks. Full wedding galleries are usually delivered within six weeks.
Do you have a second photographer?
Yes, all of my packages include an additional photographer!
How do we get our photos?
High res photos are delivered through an online gallery. Once your gallery is complete, you will be emailed a link and PIN number to access your gallery. All photos can be downloaded however many times you like for one year from date of delivery.
How many weddings have you photographed?
I've shot more than a hundred weddings (plus countless sessions).
Do you retouch photos?
All images are edited (color, cropping, etc.). Minor retouching is included (teeth, eyes, blemish removal, etc.) . Major retouching is available for an additional charge (head swaps, object removal, etc.).
What does pricing look like?
Wedding collections begin at 7 hours of wedding day coverage with a second photographer. The average BCP couple spends between $4,800-$5,400 for full wedding day coverage. Wedding collections begin at $4,200. Prices typically increase each year.
